Girl Graduation Card

Graduation time is upon us!  Some of our friends kids have already graduated and it seems so early.  My second son will be graduating the first week of June.  It's hard to believe I have 2 grown men and still have 2 more boys to go.  It will be 15 years when my last little one will graduate...wow!

This card is for a dear friend's daughter.  I decided to try a bendy card.  There are many tutorials out there, just pick a couple to study and give it a try :o)

I kept it pretty simple, because I saw some amazing bendy cards out there. Since the daughter went to a private school where uniforms and traditional schooling was done, I thought the card needed to be uniformed.  All the die-cuts are from MFT (My Favorite Things)-Graduation Accents.

Here is the last panel. I thought a dp would break up the solid red and black.  I left the the inside side panels blank to write a message to the graduate.

One side tucked in.

Here's the image from Flat Friends - Graduation Celebration

thanks for looking and reading :o)  have a wonderful weekend and congratulations to all the graduates out there!!

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:

stamp used: Flat Friends - Graduation Celebration (digi)
paper used: MFT (wild cherry? It was in a sample pack and I'm sure this is the color), SU black, MME traveler dp
die-cuts used: MFT Oval Stax 2, Graduation Accents, By the Numbers
