Love to Craft Challenge Blog: #39 Boot Treats

Hello crafty friends!  Little late writing up my post for the sister blogs here.  This project is for Love to Craft Challenge Blog.... Anything Goes all year.

I'm having fun learning how to use my Cut N Scan.  My youngest son has a birthday coming up, (he was almost a Halloween baby), so cute Halloween projects are a must.

If you have a Cut N Scan, you most likely have a program to work with called Canvas Workspace.  There are some free projects to try and that's where I got these cute witches treat boots.

In the design, the boots had stars on the side, but I thought it was too much.  I went for the Converse signature with one star on the back :oP

Dr Digi: Kitty Coffins

Hello crafty friends!  I'm here today with my Dr Digi post.  If you have been following me for a few years now, you know I love the Killer Kitties line from Dr Digi.

I created these cute little coffin treat holders.  Making sure I get some good use out of the Cut n Scan.
The coffin cutting pattern came from The Cutting Cafe.  The images were colored with my Prismacolor pencils

The first coffin I used the image Hello Herbert West.  I'm not too familiar with this killer.   I did used some frantage embossing and some flakes.

This coffin I used the image Hello Jason.   You can also see some cheesecloth and string was used.  I took a black ink pad to ink around the coffins.

thank you for looking and reading :o)

We have a wonderful sponsor this month.

winner will receive $12 gift

I have falling in love with mixed media and made a canvas Halloween project using the image Heels Witches Shoes.  The image is colored with my Prismacolor pencils. Using a stencil, distress sprays, alcohol sprays, glitter, gems, and mummy cloth, I can say this project was very simple to do.

Different view to see all that glitter.
