Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog - #62

It's Fall here, but 80 outside...not really feeling the Autumn breeze today.  There are lots of festivals going on around here, so enjoying some outdoor time is always nice.

It's time again for another challenge at Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog.  Once again we have 3 wonderful sponsors and that means 3 winners will be chosen.  The theme is Anything Goes as long as there is stamping on your project.

the winner will receive 7 images of choice

the winner will receive $10 gift certificate

the winner will receive up $15 value from the exclusive line

I got to work with an image from DRS Designs.  This cutie is called Dog Angel, because this dog had earned his wings and halo.  It's seems like many of my friends are losing their fur babies lately and a card like this could really lift their spirits.  I colored the image with my color pencils.  Found some cute paw print paper and little bone brad for the ribbon bow.

Here's the inside.  The sentiment is also from DRS Designs called Pet Sympathy Greeting.  I had a small paw print punch I used .

thanks for looking and reading :o)

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:

paper used: Bazzill, the Paper Studio-multi colored dog paws & white

Scrapping4Fun - #50 Autumn/Spring

Hello fellow crafters!  It's SO close to Autumn.  The festivals have already started with pumpkins and apple cider.  My favorite time of the year :o)  The vibrant colors and smells are unbeatable.

With that said...how about another challenge at Scrapping4fun.  For the next 2 weeks, we want to see projects that are Autumn OR Spring.  I know I said Autumn is my favorite season, but....

I created a Spring project for this challenge.  I do love watching the flowers bloom in the spring.  Using the Tiddlyinks image Be My Sunshine I created a Spring tag.

The image was colored using my color pencils.  The sentiment and flower border were part of the set.  I thought the ruffle trim looked like flower petals and was a must use embellishment.

thanks for looking and reading ;o)  Please check out the rest of the DT inspiration for this challenge.

I would like to enter in the following challenges:

stamp used: Tiddlyinks-Be My Sunshine
paper used: Bazzill, the Paper Studio-white
die-cut: MFT traditional tags stax
embellishments: the Paper Studio-white ruffle trim, ribbon scraps (lace), white micro flower, & light pink flowers,  3 Girl Jam-Christmas Candy ribbon, Really Reasonable Ribbon, eyelet

Crazy Challenge Guest Designer

Hello fellow crafters!  I'm Guest Designing at The Crazy Challenge again!!

For the next 2 weeks we want see projects based on this inspiration pic.

The inspiration picture made me think it was time to make my first shaker card.  I know, I'm a little slow when it comes to trying new things...lol.

Here's my shaker card.  I used Ching-Chou Kuik image Wishing Stars.  It seemed appropriate for the inspiration pic and I added star sequins.  The image was colored with my color pencils.

Here's the inside.

Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog #61 Do A Double Take

Hello fellow crafters!  Once again, thank you for all the sweet comments on past posts :o)

I hope you are ready for another challenge at Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog.  For the next 2 weeks we want to see projects using at least 2 different patterned papers.  Remember, there must be some stamping either rubber/clear and/or digital.

For this challenge we have 3 wonderful sponsors and that means 3 wonderful winners will be chosen.

The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate.

The winner will receive a $12 gift certificate (equal to 3 images).

2 images of choice, 3 images if the winner uses a TSB image.

Thank you sponsors :o)

I got to work with this adorable image from A Day of Daisies called Playing in the Pumpkin Patch.  The image was colored with my color pencils.  As you can see, I used 2 different designer papers behind the image.  One is Autumn Shades by The Paper Shelter and the other is Cottage Garden by Michele R Designs.  Some buttons and ribbon were added, but I didn't want to take away from the image, so I kept it pretty simple.

Here's a close up of the image.  I wanted a soft feel to this card, so I used soft colors.

Here's the inside.  I put a little sentiment inside that seemed appropriate.
