Dr Digi: Happy New Year

Hello crafty friends!!  I'm here today with my Dr Digi post.


Looks like Phoebe here, is having a little too much fun at the office party.  I'm hoping she brought a good friend along to clean up the mess she'll be leaving behind :0P  I thought this was a fun image and colored it up with my Prismacolor pencils.  Dr Digi has a lot of fun images, this here is Photocopy Phoebe.

Hanging Stockings

Hello again crafty friends!!  Just posting a few more Christmas cards.


For this card I used Saturated Canary image Hanging Stockings.  Even though she has closed her shop, she offered a subscription to receive 4-5 images each month for the next year.  These are images that never made it to her shop.
This beautiful image was colored with my Prismacolor pencils

Candy Cane Christmas

Hello crafty friends!  I'm going to try to post some of the different Christmas cards I made this year for my family and friends.


This cutie is Tiddly Inks, Sweet Dreams Molly.  I found her adroable :o)  I colored the image with my Prismacolor pencils.  Some gauze, lace and twine were added for the whimsy look of Christmas.

I designed a card using sponsor image Get Well Little Bear from A Creative Need.  Such a sweet image.  There has been some major bugs going around and I know someone who could use this right now.  The image was colored with my Prismacolor pencils. I figured this design paper with flowers could brighten up anyone's day.

Let's Craft & Create: Mother Mary

Hello crafty friends!  I'm here today with the mid-challenge post for Let's Craft and Create.  This month's challenge is Christmas and/or New Year.



Many of you know that Saturated Canary closed their doors to pursue new things and spend more time with family,but she offered subscriptions to still receive images that were never in her shop.  Every month you will receive 4-5 brand new images or you could get bi-monthly (maybe some other packages), in your mail box.  This image called Mother Mary was one of those beautiful images in my mailbox.  It's just a gorgeous image and a great reminder what this season is all about.  The image is colored with my Prismacolor pencils.

Creatalicious: Santa's Coming


Hello crafty friends!  It's hard to believe how fast this year has went by...just slow down just a little please.  Hopefully you are finding some time to craft during this busy season, at least bake some goodies.

For this challenge I created a Christmas card using sponsor image, Hopter Santa.  It's a little steampunk, but very cool Santa.  I'll be giving this card to my brother since he has a love for anything that flies and to this day, still works on anything that flies.


I colored the image with my Prismacolor pencils and believe me, some of those details were tiny.

Dr Digi - BBQ Dragon

Hello crafty friends!  Today is my post for Dr Digi :o)  I'm finished with my Christmas cards, thanks goodness.  So, this card is all about the New Year that fastly approaching.


I created this card using Dr Digi BBQ Dragon.  I was thinking about using this image for Christmas, but I couldn't really think how to make it work.  So, New Year's resolutions with dieting came in mind.  The image is colored with my Prismacolor pencils.  The sentiment is also from Dr Digi, it's from the Funny Sentiments Sheet 1 packet.

Scrapping4fun #80 Christmas

Hello crafty friends!  Christmas is coming SO fast!!!  I'm still working on my Christmas cards to get them out.  This new challenge at Scrapping4fun will help you get some of those last minute Christmas projects out of the way....it's a Christmas Challenge.

We have 2 wonderful sponsors....so....I have 2 Christmas cards for you today :o)


First, I created a card using sponsor image Santa Claus Sleepyhead from Alicia Bel.  Such a cute image.  I colored it with my Prismacolor pencils.  Kept the design very simple and easy.  The stripe paper is from Tracy Way's Christmas Cheer digital paper.

Love to Craft! Challenge Blog #5 - Christmas for December

Hello Crafty Friends!  It's a brand new month...December (this is hard to believe), and that means a new monthly challenge at Love to Craft! Challenge Blog.  Any kind of craft is allow at this challenge blog, so please share your what you are currently making.


I'm sharing a card this challenge.  This was part of a 20 card commission and based upon another card I did earlier this year.  It was a lot of work coloring this image SO many times with my Prismacolor pencils.  I've decided I don't like making the same one over and over again...lol.  I love vintage, so this stamp from Flonz is fabulous find for me.

Dr Digi - Tinsel in a Tangle

Hello crafty friends!  I'm here today with my Dr Digi post.  Still trying to get some Christmas cards knocked out of the way.  I feel like I work on them ALL year around.


I create this festive card using a FREE image from Dr Digi called Bauble.  This image will not break your budget.  I used 4 of this image and sized them down to the size I wanted.  Colored them with my Prismacolor pencils, then fussy cut them out.  String them on some ribbon I had lying around.  The sentiment is also from Dr Digi from the Christmas Sentiment Sheet.  Just changed the color to the words tinsel and tangle in photoshop.

Scrapping4fun #79 : Kitty Christmas

Hello crafty friends!   Happy Thanksgiving to the American crafters.  Right now I'm sure I'm in a turkey coma from all the good food I ate today.  I always love how the house smells when cooking.

I hope you are ready for a new challenge at Scrapping4fun.  For the next 2 weeks you have time to get some more Christmas creations completed, because our challenge is "Christmas".


I got to work with the darling image from Ike's called Kat Tree.  I colored the image with my Prismacolor pencils.  I kept the card very simple and used rustic colors.
I really like this image, because I know a few cats that like to tear up the Christmas tree.

Hello crafty friends!  I'm here today with the start of our new challenge at Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog.  It's a busy week here with Thanksgiving this Thursday and my family is already starting to arrive.  By Wednesday there will be 16 people in my house...sleeping, eating and gathering.  That's a lot of cooking and cleaning for me, I'm already exhausted :o)
