Hello Crafty Friends! I just realized I never posted my project for MIUCB, real life complications.
The new challenge is for Layers.
I did a gift bag using tissue paper from Tim Holtz and decided it had to have color. Very carefully I colored it with my prismacolor pencils. Who doesn't have scrap paper hanging around that needs to be used and maybe pieces of embellishment scraps.
Using decoupage on the burlap to adhere the tissue paper is the best route, I thought brushing it on the tissue would either tear it or make the colors bleed.• paper: Tim Holtz: collage paper serendipity, scraps
• embellishments: Tim Holtz: number strips, Ashland: moss, Bead Landing: gems, gauze, staples, burlap, butterfly
