I've been taking some online coloring classes at Kit and Clowder for color pencils and absolutely loving it. This card has some of the blending techniques I have learned.
I created this card with the image Maxine Florist from Saturated Canary. My mom has been working a lot in her garden, mainly vegetables, but I loved this image.
There was a debate with the kids on what color the "crocs" should be, but there really isn't a debate. Her favorite color is yellow and guess what.....she has yellow gardening shoes just like this image. My mom also like butterflies and dragonflies, so butterflies were added. There are butterflies on the dp I used.
Here's the inside.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day :o)
thanks for looking and reading :o)
