Blog Hop LTSCB

Some parts of the world are experiencing cold weather and some are experiencing warm weather. Kinda scrambled, wouldn't you say?! The Love To Scrap! Challenge Blog is excited to bring you our "It's A Scramble" Blog Hop! We're being sponsored by the awesome River City Rubber Works! Come hop with us for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to their online store!

As you hop, collect letters at each stop and be sure to leave each designer some love. Once you have collected all the letters, unscramble them and email your guess to ltscb@mail.com - then all the correct guesses will be entered into the drawing for the River City Rubber Works gift certificate!

All of the LTSCB designers are creating Anything Goes inspiration projects. Everyone participating in the blog hop is invited to link up an Anything Goes project for an EXTRA entry into the drawing! **Be sure to use the same email address to email your guess and to link up your project so we can make sure you're given two entries into the drawing!**

Please note that even though this is an Anything Goes challenge, our normal rules apply. :)

I used the sponsor image Sled.  I decided to do a vintage type card with this image.  I remember almost killing ourselves on a sled like this, and an inter tube, plastic sleds, car door...etc.  If the hill was big enough, it was going to be fun. The image was colored with my color pencils.   I did add a pop of red twine to give it some color.

Here's the inside.

My letters are E & I

Here are your blog hop stops:

We hope you are enjoying the hop! If you get lost along the way or if you landed here in the middle of the hop and want to join in the fun, head on over to the Love To Scrap!Challenge Blog to read all the details and start from the beginning!

Happy Hopping!

Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog #66 AG

Hello fellow crafters!  With the weather starting to get cooler that means more crafting can be done, as well as baking goodies.  I love the smell of baking....anyway, before everyone gets hungry.  Who's ready for another challenge at Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog ?

For the next 2 weeks, it's Anything Goes.  Remember, we want to see some stamping on your project, rubber/clear and/or digital.

We have 3 wonderful sponsors and that means the DT will pick 3 wonderful winners.

Winner will receive a $25 gift certificate.

The winner will receive 3 images of choice.

The winner will receive $7 gift certificate.

For this challenge, I used the sponsor image Angel Wix's Christmas Moon from Lacy Sunshine Stamps. Such a beautiful image.  I used color pencils to color up this beauty.  Hopefully it's okay to use red flowers as poinsettias.  I added some glitter and ribbon to the center of them.  Some leftover scrap dp was used outside and inside the card.  (I swear scraps multiply in their little containers.)

Here's the inside.

Scrapping4fun - #53 Traditional Christmas

Hello again my crafty friends!  I hope you are ready for another challenge at Scrapping4fun.

For this challenge we want to see your traditional Christmas projects.  I have 2 projects to share with you today.

here's some inspiration....

We are being sponsored by Digistamps 4 Joy.  The winner will receive $10 gift certificate

For this challenge I saw the opportunity of getting more Christmas cards done.  I went with a vintage stamp image from Unity called  Remember YOU Baby Jesus.  The image was colored with my color pencils.  Just thought this was a beautiful image.  The designer paper is from the digital collections  Christmas Time from Michele R Designs.

Here's the inside.

Like many of you, I was a cross-sticher for many years.  I remember doing a bunny cross stitch when I was 6.  For many years I would cross stitch at night as a stress reliever.  I got burned out and card making took over.  I decided to get this little kit out of storage.  It's cross stitch with beading.  So much fun to do and it fits perfectly on a box for a gift.  I put the pattern away before writing down the company, but I'm pretty sure it's Mill Hill.  (I'm working on a snowman, so I'm assuming it's the same company.)

Hello crafty bloggers!!

I just wanted to share a birthday card I made to put into my stash.  Very sweet and simple.

The image is from MFT (My Favorite Things) called Stylish Friends, it's a retired line now.  (I think you can still find the set online through other companies.)  I colored the image with my color pencils.  I wanted to keep the design very simple and girlie.

Here's the inside.

Extra Life - Dr. Digi

I have some exciting news!!  I'm now on the Dr Digi's House of Stamps Design Team.  This opportunity took my by surprised and made me one happy gal :o)

Here's my first DT post.

An unusual first post for some, but I wanted to make a "Get Well" card for the gamer in your life.  I went old school arcade. My oldest son thought this was SO cool, 2 thumbs up.   The cool designer paper is also from Dr. Digi called Arcade Addict Paper Backing.  I thought the sentiment would be funny for a get well card, which is part of the Techy Sentiment Sheet from Dr. Digi.  What gamer doesn't want an extra life and when you are sick, that's what you are hoping for.

I used Arcade Machine from Dr. Digi as my main image.  Bet you are wondering about the pac-man screen on the machine.  The screen is actually the Arcade Addict Paper Backing.  I shrank it down to fit the screen, but you couldn't really see the details.  So, I enlarged it slightly so you can see the pac-man details.  This was done in Photoshop using a masking technique.  The image was colored in colored pencils.  I fussy cut the pac-man and his ghosts to put on the side, they are part of the sentiment sheet.  This was a lot of fun to make.

Here's the inside.

Meet Me Under the Mistletoe

Hello fellow crafters!  Christmas is fast approaching and I need to get my cards made.  I have some friends with corny sense of humor, so this hot mama will go to one of them.

The image is from Just Ink Lined called Maude Merry Christmas.  She's a hot mess of a woman:o) Since she's all puckered up, I decided to use a sentiment of a mistletoe.  She is most ready with bells on...note the jingle bells hanging from twine.

The image was colored with color pencils.  I made sure she had leather boots on.  I'm sure this will be a big hit for my sassy friend.

Here's the inside.

Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog #65 Bling It, GF!

I can't believe it's November already!
Hello fellow crafters :o)  Now that Halloween is over and everyone is on a sugar high and got an extra hour of sleep, let's use some of that energy for a new challenge at Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog.  For the next 2 weeks we want to see projects with lots of "BLING".

We have 3 wonderful sponsors and that means 3 wonderful winners will be chosen.

Winner will receive 3 images.

Winner will receive 7 images.

Winner will receive $12 gift certificate.

Thank you sponsors :o)

For this challenge I made an over-sized tag using Puppy Girl from Bugaboo Digi Stamps.  I knew I could bling this sassy girl and her puppy up.  I also was able to use some of my dp scraps, which is always a score.

Even though I don't like wearing pink too often, when I think of girlie girls, pink comes to mind. I colored this image with my colored pencils and sponged the sky with ink.  Stickles was added to ALL the bow polka dots.

I used a bling brad to tie up the ribbon on top (which they have shimmer to them).

thanks for looking and reading :o)  Please check out the rest of the DT for inspiration.

I would like to enter this tag into the following challenges:

stamp used: Bugaboo Digi Stamps-Puppy Girl
